Why do I need a therapist who works with ENM individuals?
Since 2011, the Pincus Center has been working with people who are in the process of embracing non-monogamous identities whether they be polyamorous, swingers, or just open to multiple sexual partners. We help people of all relationship orientations to make peace with themselves and create harmony in their relationships.
People in relationships often need assistance with the process of opening up and we can help come up with emotional safety plans, patterns around check ins and communication, and establishing boundaries and agreements. Contact us today to get matched with a therapist!
Why should I get therapy as an ENM person?
We work with individuals who are trying to come to peace with discovering that they or a partner identifies as non-monogamous. We understand the nuances of how this can bring up past attachment issues, remind us of issues around infidelity from our past or make us feel incredible shame.
Together we can make moving into this emotionally fraught landscape into a beautiful and connecting experience. We bring an understanding to your sessions that can’t be found elsewhere.
