Shanna Katz Kattari, PhD, MEd, CSE, (they/them) is a certified sexuality educator, an associate professor at the University of Michigan School of Social Work and Department of Women’s and Gender Studies, and the director of the [Sexuality | Relationships | Gender] Research Collective. Robin Wilson-Beattie (she/her) is a disability and sexuality educator, speaker, writer, and empowered presenter. She helps individuals, organizations, groups, schools, universities, and society learn how to “AccessBetter” sexual and reproductive health in their environments.
Andrew Gurza (they/he) is an award-winning disability awareness consultant, podcaster, and author. He is a queer wheelchair-user with cerebral palsy who proudly identifies as disabled. Check out their book Notes From a Queer Cripple: How to Cultivate Queer Disabled Joy (and Be Hot While Doing It!).
Bianca I Laureano (Dr./she/they/ella/elle) is an award-winning educator, curriculum writer, and sexologist. She is a co-foundress of the Women of Color Sexual Health Network (WOCSHN), The LatiNegrxs Project, and ANTE UP!. For the Netflix film Crip Camp (2020) Bianca lead the efforts to create a curriculum rooted in Black-centered disability justice practice, self-determination, and social-emotional learning competences. Her first book, The People’s Book of Human Sexuality: Expanding the Sexology Archive, was released July 2023.
Bethany Stevens (she/her) is a sexologist and disability consultant with a focus on sexual health and the politics of pleasure. Her writings can be found on her platform as well as across several peer-reviewed venues and publications, including the American Bar Association Human Rights Magazine, Disability Studies Quarterly, UNICEF’s Annual Report, and the Center for Women Policy Studies. Stevens is a member of the inaugural class of the Center of Excellence for Sexual Health Scholars program at Morehouse School of Medicine, where she worked under the 16th Surgeon General of the United States, Dr. David Satcher.
